Last week, representatives from business, science, and politics gathered at the Pomeranian State Museum in Greifswald for an evening that truly lived up to its motto: \u201cGrowth Is in Our Nature.\u201d<\/p>\n

State Secretary Jochen Schulte from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Tourism and Labour of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern opened the event and, together with Thomas Einsfelder, presented the state\u2019s new skilled workforce campaign.<\/p>\n

For us, it was a highly successful evening\u2014not least because of the conversations with people who value Greifswald for the same reasons we do: short distances, fast decision-making, clear responsibilities, and a state that actively supports and promotes this innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n

As a MedTech company, we experience every day how crucial the interaction between science, entrepreneurship, and political support is for sustainable success. Innovation rarely happens in isolation\u2014it emerges where outstanding research meets entrepreneurial courage and strong partnerships.<\/p>\n

Our special thanks go to the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology. The close scientific collaboration over many years has played a significant role in enabling us to become one of the world\u2019s leading companies in plasma jet technology today.<\/p>\n
