Schwerin, April 04, 2024 – neoplas med GmbH, the leading company in the field of cold plasma jet medical technology, is a guest of honor of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern healthcare industry at the celebrations for the Day of German Unity (October 02 – 04, 20024) in the state capital Schwerin.
\nAt the invitation of the state government, selected, innovative companies from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (MV) are presenting themselves in an Info-Cube set up especially for the event. neoplas med GmbH was invited due to its lighthouse character. The company presented its ground-breaking technology, the \u201ckINPen\u00ae MED\u201d argon cold plasma jet, to the public.<\/p>\n
With its \u201cplasma pen\u201d, neoplas med GmbH is the only manufacturer of cold plasma products in Europe that meets the strict requirements of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR). The argon cold plasma jet \u201ckINPen\u00ae MED is the world’s first argon cold plasma jet for the treatment of chronic wounds and pathogen-induced skin diseases. neoplas med GmbH is a spin-off of the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP).<\/p>\n
On October 4, the Gouverneur of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Ms. Manuela Schwesig, visited the exhibition and was introduced to the Argon Cold Plasma Jet \u201ckINPen\u00ae MED\u201d. \u201cWe are proud of the Gouverneurs visit. During her visit to the Innovation Cube, the Gouverneur said: \u201cNeoplas is an absolute model company. This shows that we in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are world leaders in medical technology.\u201d The healthcare industry is a strategically important future market in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
\nIn the Info-Cube in the city center at the so-called Pfaffenteich, ten selected MV future-oriented companies present ideas and initiatives on the topics of sustainability and innovation in the federal state, which is hosting the celebrations for the Day of German Unity this year.
\nThe Info-Cube is open to all visitors of the citizens’ festival during the celebrations to mark German Unity Day. Hosts will guide visitors through the exhibits and encourage conversation.<\/p>\n
